I really like the new feature to "mark unread" on a conversation, but sometimes i am distracted or someone interupts me while i am reading something and when i get back to it i know longer have the ability to mark it as "unread". I don't know what the trigger for the option to mark unread to go away, but it would be good to have the ability to go back at any time and mark it unread.

Thank you for the suggestion! Enhancing the Mark Unread feature is planned for an upcoming release. As we on the Kona Team have been using this feature, we have had the same feedback. We love the feature and want to be able to mark unread at any time.

LaCinda Ashby I agree, the ability to mark them as read as well without having to open the window would make life more efficient.

If you click on the orange notifier bubble, the conversation will be marked as read without needing to open the conversation. It is a quick way to mark as read. You could also consider muting the conversation if it is one you do not need to keep up with on a regular basis.

There no longer is a specific time limit to Mark Unread. It will be available for much longer for you as long as you don't refresh your browser.
