It would be nice to share a specific point in a conversation with others outside of Kona.
There could be an option in the "Actions" menu or a subtle "permalink" link that provides a link to each specific comment in a conversation. Then, for instance, I could share something specific I've said with my colleague in an IM conversation, and email, or whatever else. That way, the context in which the comment was made isn't lost.
