Guide to Exporting Deltek Collaboration Space Data

Deltek Collaboration administrators and space owners should start reviewing their spaces to determine what content to save. There is no right or wrong approach, but rather what works best for your needs.

What options do I have to save my account and space information?

If you are an Administrator, you can:

  • Schedule automated space backups - The backup .zip files will be stored on the Files tab of your account network space. These can be downloaded to your network drive.
  • Export individual spaces - The exported .zip files will be stored on the Files tab of your account network space. These can be downloaded to your network drive.
