How do I print a conversation?

There is often a need to make reference to Deltek Collaboration conversations in face-to-face meetings or with people not [yet] in Deltek Collaboration. You can print conversations, and even specify whether you want all comments, just Favorites, or comments from within a specified date range. You can even share these printouts via email.

To do this, click on the conversation that you want to print to open it into a pop-up window. Then click the drop-down arrow to the right of the conversation name and choose “Print comments.” A drop-down will appear allowing you to select All comments, or comments from Today, the Last 2 days, Last week, Last month, the Last 6 months, or Last year. Once you’ve made your selection, a print window will open allowing you to select the printer you want and any other print settings, such as choosing specific pages. Click “Print” to print the conversation.

Tip: If you print to a PDF Writer, you’ll be able to save the conversation as a file. You could also then email that conversation file if needed.

Tip: If you want to print only Favorite comments, click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right of the comment thread and then click the star icon. When you follow the steps above to print, choose “All” from the drop-down list and what prints will be restricted to only favorite comments.
