As an administrator, you can add and remove file extensions from an account's file whitelist through the account settings. (This feature will be available with the May 26, 2019 update)
- Click on Accounts from the left sidebar of Kona.
- Click on your account name.
- Click the “Edit Account" button.
- Click on the Files tab.
- Under Extensions Whitelist, click +Add new file type to add a file extension or click X to remove a file extension.
- Hit the "Save" button.
