The Home page is a consolidated look at all the conversations, tasks, events, and documents that you are On, Assigned to, Following, Attending or Shared with. One-on-one conversations show on the home page Conversations tab only although you can jump into one anywhere in Deltek Collaboration by clicking on someone’s picture. The key difference between this view and the space view is that everything you see is centered around you and what you are part of. Additional space items that you are not on do not show here.
A great example is the Events calendar. Here you are seeing events you are on from every space you are part of in Deltek Collaboration, color-coded by space.
The space view shows all the space’s conversations, tasks, events, and documents that you are On, Assigned to, Following, Attending, or Shared with as well as items marked as Public. The key differences between this view and the Home page is that you are seeing everything public for the space, not just items you are on, and you are only seeing items that are part of this space.
In the space view Events calendar, you are seeing all events that are public to the space whether you are on them or not. You also see only one color as you are looking at just one space.
