I can’t see any conversations in mobile!

Problem: The main screen comes up and the word "Loading" appears at the top and nothing else happens. Never loads any of the conversations. You can open the menu with the list of Spaces, but clicking on them does nothing.


  1. Clear cache. To do this, press the icon with the three horizontal lines in the upper left of the screen. Scroll down to the Settings row and press that. Press the "clear cache" button. 
  2.  In the same Settings area, press the "Sign Out" button. Then log back in again to the app.
