The space gallery contains spaces that have been pre-populated with conversations, tasks, events, and documents for the type of space you select. Once you choose one of these spaces, you can add, edit, and remove any items to best fit your needs and then invite your team members. We make it easy for you to get started in Deltek Collaboration!
The space gallery is available whenever you add a new space. To access the gallery, click “Spaces” on the left sidebar and then click the “Add” link. At the bottom of the pop-up window, you will see samples of space templates that you can use. To view all available space templates, click the “Space Gallery” link. You can scroll through this list, click “Read more” to learn more about a particular space, and then choose the space you want and click “Select.” You may be required to enter a start or end date, and you can edit the image, name, category, color, or description. You can allow non-space members to join in conversations by checking the 'Enable Conversation Guests" option for the space. You can also add a more informative description in the "Guidance" field to appear in a pop-up when members first access the space and available under the Overview heading on the right side of the page. When you’re done typing, click “Add” to put this space in your Deltek Collaboration and check it out.
