Deltek Collaboration allows you to add events from your Outlook calendar into Deltek Collaboration! You will also see the events on your Home page calendar. Deltek Collaboration will be updated on a periodic basis when the events in Outlook are updated. This helps centralize all your calendar activity into one place – Deltek Collaboration!
When following these steps, you will either see “Publish > Publish this Calendar to the Internet” or “Publish > Publish to WebDAV Server.” Follow the steps accordingly depending upon what option you see in Step #4. Your organization’s IT department can determine which option is available to the members of the organization and what level of details can be shared.
Mac users should follow the steps listed in the “Publish this Calendar to the Internet” process.
Note: If you change your external calendar password, you will need to remove and then re-add the feed in to Deltek Collaboration. If you run into any issues when trying to remove and re-add your feed, click here for troubleshooting help: http://support.kona.com/entries/58788186-How-do-I-remove-and-then-re-add-the-Outlook-calendar-feed-to-Kona-Errors-when-trying-to-re-add-.
