You can group your tasks into folders to help you stay organized and find the items you need to complete quickly. Inside a space on the Tasks tab, open the left navigation pane by selecting the (>) directly next to the filtering options. Note: Only space owners can create, delete, rename, and reorder folders. Space members can add items to the folders to help maintain organization within the space.
To create a new task folder: Click the “Add folder” link. You will then have the opportunity to name your folder. You can create as many folders as you’d like. Everyone in the space will see the task folders and can move tasks that they have access to.
To move tasks into a folder: Drag and drop! Left-click on the task name from the middle section and hold the click as you move the mouse to the folder name. The folder name will highlight to indicate where the task will go. Release the click and the task will be in the new folder. Repeat the process for all tasks you want to move into folders. You will also be able to assign a new task to an existing folder when you create it.
To view tasks in a folder: Click on the task folder name on the left side. This will pull up a list of only the tasks that are part of that folder. Click the green [+] button to add a new task will automatically add the task into the open folder.

To delete a task folder: From the space’s Tasks tab, select the (>) symbol to the left of the filtering options to open the folder navigation pane. Locate the list you would like to delete and mouse over the folder count in the right corner. An arrow will appear to the right of the folder count. Click the arrow to open a drop-down menu and select Delete.
To rename a task folder: From the space’s Tasks tab, select the (>) symbol to the left of the filtering options to open the folder navigation pane. Locate the folder you would like to rename and mouse over the folder count in the right corner. An arrow will appear to the right of the folder count. Click the arrow to open a drop-down menu and select Rename.
To reorder task folders: On the Tasks tab, the folders can be re-ordered from the middle pane where all the tasks are listed. Under the + sign to add a new task, make sure the sort is set to “Manual.” Then choose “All” from the All/Favorites/My Tasks/Active/Completed views so you can get a full list of all your folders. From the list of folders on the left side, choose “All tasks.” At this point, you can drag and drop the folders (as shown highlighted in yellow) in the middle section into the order you want.
