How can I determine what items a file was shared on or referenced in?

One file can be shared multiple times within a space on a task, event, or conversation. When you are on the Files tab, you can determine how the file got in to Kona and what permissions it has inherited from that item. For example, if you don’t have rights to delete the task, you won’t have rights to delete the file that was shared on that task. You can find that link and find out who has the rights by looking at the file references. To determine the file references, go to the Files tab and click on the file to open it in a popup window. On the left side of the popup window, click the (i) icon to open the File Information. You will see a “Referenced in” section listing all the places the file was shared or it will say “None” if it was directly uploaded to the Files tab.
