You can share a document across your space with one simple click without having to upload it multiple times.
To access and use the File Explorer: Click on a conversation to open the details pane or create a new conversation. Click on the paperclip icon to select a file. Choose the “Select existing file” option. You can search for a document available in the space you are already in. Use the filters, folders, and search to help you find the document you want. You can even select multiple documents! Once you’ve finished selecting documents, click the “Done” button to upload these document(s) into the conversation. You can upload any document that has been shared with you.
