Via Tasks, Events, Conversations: You can upload multiple documents in tasks, events, and conversations. To do so, click on a task, event, or conversation to open the details screen on the right side. Click on the document link at the top of the screen and then click the plus (+) icon, or click the paperclip icon above the comment entry field at the bottom. Choose “New File” from the drop-down list. Hold down the Control key on your keyboard to select multiple files at once and then click Open. Alternatively, you can choose “New File”, select one attachment, click Open, and then repeat that process to attach multiple files. Either way, the selected documents will be uploaded instantly to your item and the Documents tab. When you have completed uploading your documents, click the Save button at the bottom of the details pane and then click the X to leave the details pane.
Via Documents: From the Documents tab in your Home page or a specific space, select the plus [+] button in the upper right corner of the Add a document bar. Click the paperclip icon and choose “New File” from the drop-down list. Hold down the Control key on your keyboard to select multiple files at once and then click Open. When you finish adding the file details and click “Add+”, the documents will be uploaded to your Documents tab.
