What is my file storage capacity in Kona?

Your file storage capacity depends upon what kind of Kona account you have:

Account Type

Storage Capacity

Free

5 GB

Pro

15 GB

Pro+

15 GB

Business

2 GB/user.  Files in Kona Business spaces count towards this capacity for the organization.  Files in personal spaces will count towards the Free or Pro capacity.

Your current capacity can be seen in your user profile.  Click on your picture or name in the upper right corner of Kona and select My Profile.  Underneath your profile picture on the Account tab, you will see a bar indicating your full file storage capacity and what percentage of that capacity you have used.  If you are getting close to your full capacity, you can remove inactive files to free up space.

Note: Files added through Google Docs, Dropbox, or Box do not contribute to your file storage capacity.

Is there a limit per file?

    Hi Lucie,

Thanks for your question. There is no limit per file, as long as it does not exceed your storage capacity. Files in your personal spaces will count towards the Free capacity (1 GB), while files in the Deltek Kona Business account will count towards the capacity allotted for the organization.

    Regards,

    Iris

Hi- For Kona Business account since it's 2GB per user, is that both personal and company spaces? Or the KB user will also get the 1GB free storage for their personal space? Thanks!
