How can I email attachments to Kona?

One or multiple files can be sent in to Kona automatically!  You can forward an email containing attachment(s) or send a new email with attachment(s) to task@kona.com.  The subject line will be the name of the task.  Anything in the body of the email will be added to the “Notes” section in the Task Details screen.  You can access the file(s) from the Conversations, Tasks, or Files tabs in My Kona and the Space designated.  If not assigned to a space in the email, the task will automatically be added to your “Just For Me” space.

    It works just as described. Simple and easy. For users traditionally accustomed to email, this is a great way to get them to use Kona. Note that you need to email FROM the same address that your Kona account is registered with, else Kona wouldn't know where to route your email message. I don't know if you can have multiple email addresses for yourself that are associated with Kona, unless you created multiple accounts for yourself.

    Hi Kelly,

    I'm glad to hear that emailing to Kona is working well for you!  You can add multiple email addresses into your profile and then you could use any of those emails to send to Kona.  To do this, click on your picture in the upper right and choose "My Profile".  Then scroll down to the Email Addresses section and add in any other emails you want to use for Kona.
