I can’t log in to Kona. My account is locked.

After excessive invalid login attempts, Kona will automatically lock your account for one hour.  We would recommend resetting your password so that you will be able to log in successfully after the lockout concludes. 

To reset your password:

  • Go to https://www.kona.com/users/sign_in
  • Click “Forgot password?” next to the Password field.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click “Send Link.”
  • You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password for Kona.  After following those steps, you will be able to log in to Kona with the new password when the lockout concludes.
