I can’t log in to Deltek Collaboration. My account is locked.

After excessive invalid login attempts, Deltek Collaboration will automatically lock your account for one hour.  We would recommend resetting your password so that you will be able to log in successfully after the lockout concludes. 

To reset your password:

  • Go to https://collaborate.deltekfirst.com
  • Click “Forgot password?” next to the Password field.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click “Send Link.”
  • You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password for Deltek Collaboration.  After following those steps, you will be able to log in to Deltek Collaboration with the new password when the lockout concludes.
