I can't find a space in Kona from within Vision 7.1

If you can't find a space that you recently created in Kona via the Vision 7.1 integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Log out of Vision
  2. Clear your IE cache:
    • Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser
    • Select Safety from the dialog that appears, then select Delete browsing history
    • Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
    • Click Delete
    • You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the page once it has successfully cleared your cache
  3. Log back in to Vision
  4. Open the Kona integration; you should be able to see your space
