If you can't find a space that you recently created in Deltek Collaboration via the Vision 7.1 integration, please follow these steps:
- Log out of Vision
- Clear your IE cache:
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser
- Select Safety from the dialog that appears, then select Delete browsing history
- Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
- Click Delete
- You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the page once it has successfully cleared your cache
- Log back in to Vision
- Open the Kona integration; you should be able to see your space
