If you use Internet Explorer 10 and have difficulty logging in to Deltek Collaboration, such as the screen freezing or only partially loading, add Deltek Collaboration as a trusted site in order to resolve this issue.
To do this:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Security tab, click Trusted sites, and then click Sites.
- In the “Add this web site to the zone” box, type the URL of the web site that is affected (https://collaborate.deltekfirst.com ), and then click Add.
- Click OK.
- Restart your browser.
- Navigate to https://collaborate.deltekfirst.com and you should now be able to log in successfully.
