Login issues with Internet Explorer 10 (IE10)

If you use Internet Explorer 10 and have difficulty logging in to Deltek Collaboration, such as the screen freezing or only partially loading, add Deltek Collaboration as a trusted site in order to resolve this issue.

To do this:

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. On the Security tab, click Trusted sites, and then click Sites.
  4. In the “Add this web site to the zone” box, type the URL of the web site that is affected (https://collaborate.deltekfirst.com ), and then click Add.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart your browser.
  7. Navigate to https://collaborate.deltekfirst.com and you should now be able to log in successfully.
