The space image that I upload keeps getting cropped.

While there is no size limit for images, the ideal image will be square shaped.  If the picture is not a square, Kona will automatically crop it into a square.  To change the crop, open your space from the left sidebar of Kona.  Then click the pencil icon to the right of the space name at the top of the screen to access the Edit Space screen.  In the space image, you will see a square crop icon in the lower left of the image.  Click that icon to crop and center your image.

If the Kona crop tool doesn’t result in the space image you would like, we would recommend pasting your image into an image editing tool like Microsoft Paint.  You can then create a square image using white space in the image tool.  Save the new square image and re-upload your space image picture.

what are the pixel dimensions for the two images on a kona space?  The image I am uploading keeps getting stretched.

    Hi Kim,

To clarify, are you referring to the wider 'cover' image to the left of the space image? If so, the dimensions for this space image are 922 x 275.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

I'm having a similar issue with the Overview/Cover image. If I upload a rectangular picture, it only uploads as a square.
