“Wipeout” error message in Deltek Collaboration

Problem: Receive a “Wipeout: A problem has occurred.  Developers have been dispatched.  Please refresh the page and try again.” error message in Deltek Collaboration.

Solution: Refresh your Deltek Collaboration page, or close the browser window and re-open Deltek Collaboration in a new window.

    This message has displayed on my Kona screen for the past two days. I have refreshed the screen and closed and re-opened my browser but it is still there. Anything else I can try? I am using IE8. Thanks, Susan
